North Texas, in the 940

Hello all! Trying to keep vegetables, herbs and some trees alive in an environment that requires water the majority of the year. Utilize a big compost bin and pile, experimentation with Hugelkultur in a raised bed and the compost pile. Growing asparagus potatoes onions spinach peas beets carrots lettuce arugula corn beans black eyed peas squash right now.

Redshoe and I were just talking about asparagus recently ๐Ÿ˜‹ pretty cool you can still grow stuff like lettuce, peas, and spinach which are just about finished now for us Arizonans, too hot over here! ๐Ÿฅต๐ŸŒต
