Hi from West Yorkshire

Been in a back-to-back terrace house (an old mill cottage in post industrial town) and tried my damnedest growing things in medium pots on the pavement in the shadow of a moorside... Preparing to move to a house with a bit of a garden, so looking forward to cultivating the soil and planting up. Also recently joined Botany Society of Britain and Ireland and learning a bit about wild plants.

Here to learn from you all!

Cheers ๐ŸŒฑ

Oh that'll probably make a huge difference!! I remember when I first started I had the tiniest little patio surrounded by 4-story apartments on every side, and those shadows really make it SO hard ๐Ÿ˜ญ

You must be excited to trade that for a bit of garden space! ๐Ÿ˜

Have you learned any good local plants you can forage for?
