I'm an urban gardener and budding soil biologist. Very new to both actually. very interested in food science as well. looking to be apart of a commUNITY I can learn from. Long-term I wanna teach ppl in the hood about soil remediation. My fav crop rn is swiss chard. Glad to be here <3

I remember as a kid I was over at my friend's house and his grandma cooked me a bowl of Swiss chard and I've been raving about it still to this day! I could not BELIEVE how good it was.
I plant as much of it as I can every year. It seems like it really accumulates a lot of minerals when you grow it in good soil, it's got such a salty taste to it ๐
