Hello out there! Anyone interested in foraging medicinal wild herbs? Specifically, weeds? Help care take our forests by harvesting invasive medicinal plants?

Looks like this site is still rolling itself out. Hoping they make it! The vine from Asia that suffocates eastern seaboard trees seen from the highways and unkept properties called kudzu is a food in its homeland. It’s very hard for me to populate realistic food shortages mentally when we can eat the weeds. And like you said, helps. Pushing forward always has its own push back and that’s what makes me think people just need to get out there, reach out and eat the real world! The Asians sell the ground powder of the root for over $30 a pound, they say the whole plant is edible. I guess the people that are starving aren’t privy to it.
